Development
SciWIn is five repositories developed together: sciwin (the s4n CLI and the shared core it’s built on), sciwin_studio (the desktop GUI), commonwl (CWL parsing and the execution engine), ro-crate-lib (crate rocrate, RO-Crate support), and reana-cwl-client (crate reana, the REANA client). See Architecture for how they fit together.
Two more repositories back the --auto-container feature (Containers) rather than being Rust crates themselves: sciwin-container-registry, the index mapping package requirements to image digests, and sciwin-containers, where those images are actually built.
