install and uninstall

The install and uninstall commands are used to manage workflow submodules.

Usage

Installs a workflow as submodule

Usage: s4n install [OPTIONS] [PACKAGE_IDENTIFIER]

Arguments:
[PACKAGE_IDENTIFIER]

Options:
-b, --branch <BRANCH>  Specify branch or commit
-q, --quiet            Only print errors
  --debug            Explain in high detail what the CLI is doing internally
-h, --help             Print help
